<p>Every Chippin Balls item is printed and made-to-order. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. We do stand behind quality, though — here's exactly how.</p>
<h3>Misprints, defects, or shipping damage</h3>
<p>If your item has a printing defect, manufacturing flaw, or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.</p>

<h3>Lost packages</h3>
<p>If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.</p>
<h3>Wrong size or change of heart</h3>
<p>Because every piece is made fresh for you, we can't accept returns based on fit or preference. Please consult our size guide and email us if you have any questions before ordering.</p>
<h3>Refund timeline</h3>
<p>Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.</p>
