Every piece is made-to-order, but we still want you stoked on what shows up. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
Misprints, defects, or damaged items
If your item shows up with a printing defect, manufacturing flaw, or shipping damage, we'll replace it free of charge. Email hello@chippinballs.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.
Wrong size or change of heart
Because every item is printed fresh, we can't accept returns for sizing or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide before ordering.
That said — if you're stuck between sizes or unsure about fit, message us before you buy. We'll help you choose.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
